How to activate the code

    Make sure your PlayStation Network account region is South Africa. The code is tied to the South Africa region and cannot be activated on accounts from other regions.

    Via browser: go to PlayStation®Store (store.playstation.com), click the profile icon at the top of the screen, and select "Redeem Codes" from the drop-down menu.

    On PS5: go to Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Payments and Subscriptions → Redeem Code. You can also enter the code at checkout by selecting "Redeem Codes and Gift Cards" in the payment method section.

    On PS4: open PlayStation®Store, scroll down the sidebar, and select "Redeem Codes".

  5. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and click "Redeem". The funds will be added to your account wallet immediately.
