How to activate the code

    Make sure your Roblox account region matches the card region (EU). The card is intended for European region accounts; activation on an account from another region may fail, and no refund will be issued in that case.

    Open a browser and go to roblox.com/redeem. Please note: activation via the Roblox mobile app is not available — you must use a browser.

    Log in to your Roblox account or create a new one if you don't have one yet.

    Find the PIN code in your order email (or in your account on the store website) and enter it in the corresponding field on the redemption page. Click "Redeem".

  5. After successful redemption, a confirmation will appear on the screen and Roblox Credit will be added to your account. Spend it on Robux or a Roblox Premium subscription right in the browser.
