RuneScape Membership

Make sure your RuneScape account belongs to the EU region. The key is intended exclusively for accounts in the European region — activation on an account from another region is not possible, and no refund is provided in that case.

Make sure your account has a Character Name set. Without it, activation of a Pre-Paid code is not possible. You can set a name in your account settings on the official runescape.com website.

Go to the pre-paid card activation page: runescape.com/store_locator. Click the "Activate Card" button in the "About Pre-Paid Cards" section.

Log in to the RuneScape account you want to add the subscription to. If an active subscription on the account was set up through Google or Apple, wait until it ends: entering a Prepaid code on top of such a subscription is not possible.

Enter the code you received in the "Enter Pre-Paid Card Code" field and follow the on-screen instructions. After confirmation, the subscription is added to your account immediately.
