How to activate the code

    Make sure the smart card number (Subscriber ID) provided at checkout is correct. This is the unique identifier of your DTH equipment — the top-up is credited to it.

    After successful payment, a confirmation will appear in your order email. The funds are sent directly to the specified smart card number — no separate activation code is issued.

    Wait for the balance to be credited: this usually happens within a few minutes. If needed, you can check the status in your account at my.sundirect.in or in the My Sun Direct app.

  4. If the balance does not appear within 30 minutes, use the Refresh function in your account or contact our support.
