How to activate the code

    Make sure your TrueMoney account is registered for the Thailand region — the card is valid only for TH accounts. No refunds are issued if the region does not match.

    Open the TrueMoney Wallet app on your smartphone and sign in to your account.

  3. 3

    On the home screen, tap "Add Money".

  4. 4

    Under "All top-up methods", select "TrueMoney Cash Card".

  5. Enter the 14-digit code from the card and tap "Next". Please note: a 25% fee of the top-up amount is charged when topping up via Cash Card.
