How to activate the code

    Make sure your Microsoft account region is set to Colombia (CO). A mismatch between the account region and the code will cause an activation error — no refund is provided in this case.

    Choose a convenient activation method: on an Xbox console, via a browser, or through the Microsoft Store on Windows 10/11.

    On an Xbox Series X|S / Xbox One console: sign in to your account → on the home screen, open the Store app → press the View button on the controller or move the cursor to the left to open the side menu → select "Redeem" → enter the 25-character code and follow the instructions.

  4. 4

    Via a browser: go to redeem.microsoft.com → sign in to your Microsoft account → enter the 25-character code and follow the instructions.

  5. On Windows 10/11: sign in to your account → click the Start button, type "store" and open Microsoft Store → select "More (…)" → "Redeem code" → enter the 25-character code and follow the instructions.
