How to activate the code

    Make sure the region of your Microsoft account matches the product region (EU). A region mismatch is the main cause of activation errors; refunds are not provided for the wrong region selected.

    On Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console: sign in to your account, open the Store app on the home screen. Move the cursor to the left or press the View button on the controller to open the side menu, then select "Redeem a code".

    Enter the 25-character code and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Via browser: go to redeem.microsoft.com, sign in to your Microsoft account, enter the 25-character code and follow the prompts.

  5. On Windows 10/11: sign in to your account, click Start, type "store" and open Microsoft Store. Select "More (…)" → "Redeem a code", enter the 25-character code and follow the instructions.
