How to activate the code

    Make sure your Microsoft account region is United Kingdom (GB). The code is locked to the GB region; activation on an account from another region is not possible, and no refund is provided for the wrong region.

    On an Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console: sign in to your account, open the Store from the home screen, move the cursor to the left or press the View button on the controller to open the side menu, then select "Redeem".

    Enter the 25-character code and follow the on-screen prompts.

    Via a browser: go to redeem.microsoft.com, sign in to your Microsoft account, enter the 25-character code, and follow the instructions.

  5. On Windows 10/11: sign in to your account, click "Start", type "store" in the search, and open Microsoft Store. Select "More (…)" → "Redeem a code", enter the 25-character code, and follow the prompts.
