How to activate the code

    Make sure your Microsoft account region is set to the United States — the key is intended for US-region accounts and will not activate on accounts from other regions. Per store policy, no refund is issued if the region does not match.

    Receive the 25-character activation code in your order email or in your account on the store.

    Method 1 — via browser: go to redeem.microsoft.com, sign in to your Microsoft account, enter the 25-character code, and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Method 2 — on an Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console: sign in to your account, open the Store app from the home screen, in the side menu (View button on the controller or cursor left) select "Redeem", enter the 25-character code, and follow the prompts.

  5. Method 3 — on Windows 10/11: sign in to your Microsoft account, click the Start button, find and open Microsoft Store, select "More" (…) → "Redeem a code", enter the 25-character code, and follow the instructions.
