How to activate the code

    Make sure your Microsoft account region is set to UAE. The card only works on accounts in the UAE region; refunds are not provided if the region does not match.

    Choose a convenient activation method: via Xbox console, browser, or Windows 10/11.

    On Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console: sign in to your account → on the home screen, open the Store app → move the cursor left or press the View button on the controller to open the side menu → select "Redeem code" → enter the 25-character code and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Via browser: go to redeem.microsoft.com → sign in to your Microsoft account → enter the 25-character code and follow the instructions.

  5. On Windows 10/11: sign in to your account on the device → press "Start", type "store" and open Microsoft Store → select "More …" → "Redeem code" → enter the 25-character code and follow the instructions.
