How to activate the code

    Make sure your Microsoft account region is set to Australia (AU). The card works only on accounts in the Australian region; activation on an account in another region is not possible, and per store policy no refund is issued for a region mismatch.

    Get your 25-digit code — it will be included in your order email or in your account on the store.

    Activation on an Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console: sign in to your account on the console → open the Store → press the View button on your controller to open the side menu → select "Redeem" → enter the 25-digit code and follow the prompts.

    Activation via browser: go to redeem.microsoft.com, sign in to your Microsoft account, enter the 25-digit code and follow the on-screen instructions.

  5. Activation on Windows 10/11: sign in → click "Start", type "store" and open Microsoft Store → select "More (…)" → "Redeem code" → enter the 25-digit code and follow the prompts.
