How to activate the code

    Make sure your Microsoft account region is set to Brazil. This card is issued for the Brazilian region and cannot be activated on accounts with a different region.

    Receive a 25-character code — it will be shown in your order confirmation email or in your account on the store.

    Activation on Xbox Series X|S / Xbox One console: sign in to your account → open the Store app from the home screen → move the cursor left or press the View button on the controller → select "Redeem" → enter the 25-character code and follow the prompts.

    Activation via browser: go to redeem.microsoft.com → sign in to your account → enter the 25-character code and follow the prompts.

  5. Activation on Windows 10/11: click the Start button, type "store" and open Microsoft Store → select "More …" (three dots) → "Redeem a code" → enter the 25-character code and follow the prompts.
