How to activate the code

Make sure your Microsoft account region is set to Japan — the card only works on accounts in the Japanese region. If the region is different, the code will not activate, and per store policy, no refund is issued for region mismatch.

On an Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console: sign in to your account, open the Store app on the home screen, press the View button on the controller or move the cursor to the left to open the side menu, select "Redeem", enter the 25-digit code, and follow the prompts.

Via browser: go to microsoft.com/redeem, sign in to your Microsoft account, enter the 25-digit code, and follow the on-screen instructions.

On Windows 10/11: sign in to your Microsoft account, click Start, type "store" and open Microsoft Store, select "More … → Redeem", enter the 25-digit code, and follow the prompts.
After activation, the balance is instantly credited to your Microsoft account and becomes available for purchases in Microsoft Store, on Xbox, and in Windows.
