How to activate the code

    Make sure your Microsoft account region is set to Mexico. The card is tied to the MX region and will not activate on accounts with a different region.

    On an Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console: sign in to your account, open the Store app on the home screen, press the View button on your controller or move the cursor to the left to open the side menu, select "Redeem code", enter the 25-character code, then follow the prompts.

    Via a browser: go to redeem.microsoft.com, sign in to your Microsoft account, enter the 25-character code, and follow the on-screen instructions.

    On Windows 10/11: sign in, click Start, type store and open Microsoft Store, then select "More (…)" → "Redeem code", enter the 25-character code, and follow the prompts.

  5. After successful activation, the card's face value is credited to your Microsoft account balance and becomes available for purchases in the Microsoft Store.
