Xbox Gift Card | SG

Make sure your Microsoft account is registered in the Singapore region (SGD). An SG region card cannot be activated on accounts from other regions — per store policy, no refunds are issued for region mismatch.

Get the 25-character code from your order email or in your account dashboard.

Via browser: go to microsoft.com/redeem and sign in to the correct Microsoft account. Enter the 25-character code and click Next. Confirm the operation — the SGD balance will be added to your account immediately.

On the Xbox console: press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide. Select Store, then press the View button on your controller to open the side menu, and select Redeem. Enter the 25-character code, click Next, and follow the prompts.

In the Xbox app on Windows: press Start and open the Xbox app. Select the gamerpic icon in the top left corner → Settings → Redeem under Redeem a code. Enter the 25-character code, click Next, and follow the prompts.

In the Microsoft Store app on Windows: open Microsoft Store, click the account icon in the top right corner, and select Redeem code or gift cards. Enter the 25-character code, click Next, and follow the prompts.

After successful activation, the SGD balance is available for purchases in Microsoft Store, on Xbox, and in Windows.
