How to activate the code

    Make sure your Microsoft account region is set to United Kingdom (GB). The card will not activate on accounts from other regions.

    Choose the activation method that suits you: on an Xbox console, in a browser, or on Windows 10/11.

    On an Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console: sign in to your account → on the home screen, open the Store app → press the View button or move the cursor to the left to open the side menu → select "Redeem" → enter the 25-character code and follow the prompts.

    In a browser: go to redeem.microsoft.com → sign in to your Microsoft account → enter the 25-character code and follow the on-screen instructions.

  5. On Windows 10/11: sign in to your account → click "Start", type "store" and open Microsoft Store → select "More…" → "Redeem code" → enter the 25-character code and follow the prompts.
