How to activate the code

    Make sure your Microsoft account region is set to South Africa (ZA). A South Africa region card cannot be activated on accounts with a different region, and no refund is provided for an incorrect region.

    Activation on Xbox Series X|S / Xbox One: sign in to your account on the console → on the home screen, open the Store app → press the View button on the controller to open the side menu → select "Redeem code" → enter the 25-character code and follow the instructions.

    Activation via browser: go to redeem.microsoft.com → sign in to your Microsoft account → enter the 25-character code and follow the instructions.

  4. 4

    Activation on Windows 10/11: sign in to your account → click "Start", type "store" and open Microsoft Store → select "More (…)" → "Redeem code" → enter the 25-character code and follow the instructions.

  5. After successful activation, the balance in rand will appear on your Microsoft account and will be available for purchases in Microsoft Store, on Xbox, and in Windows.
